Hall Rental Rates

Our hall is available for community gatherings, celebrations, seminars, and private events. Review the rental details below to help plan your event.

The commercial kitchen is currently not available for event use.

Rental Rates

Wednesday – Thursday	7:00 AM – 5:00 PM	$650.00
Wednesday – Thursday	4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight	$750.00
Friday – Sunday	7:00 AM – 5:00 PM	$800.00
Friday – Sunday	4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight	$800.00
Weekday Hourly Rate	Based on availability; 4-hour minimum	$90.00 per hour

$800.00 down payment is required to secure an event date.
$500.00 refundable damage deposit is required for all events.
A certificate of insurance is required.
If you do not have an insurance certificate at the time of your event, you will forfeit your holding deposit and your event will be cancelled.

If alcohol is consumed on the property, an additional $200.00 will be added to the rental rate.

If alcohol is served after 5:00 PM, a security guard is required.

Special Rate

For Veterans Celebration of Life events, only a security deposit is required.

$250.00

Security deposit only. No other rental fee applies.
